Too much variation’ in treatment of fall victims

There is too much variation across Wales in the treatment of older people who have fallen or are at risk, the health watchdog has said. Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) said a lack of communication and co-ordination between services could stop people getting the best care. EgyptAir crash: Explosives found on victims, say investigators

Traces of explosives have been found on victims of the EgyptAir plane that crashed into the Mediterranean in May, Egyptian investigators say. A criminal investigation would now begin into the crash of the Airbus A320, the civil aviation ministry said.
