Climate talks: ‘Save us’ from global warming, US urged

The next head of the UN global climate talks has appealed for the US to “save” Pacific islands from the impacts of global warming. Unilever PLC is in talks to acquire Honest Company, the consumer products company founded by actress Jessica Alba, sources close to the negotiations said. KUWAIT CITY:  The UN special envoy for Yemen announced the end of peace talks on Saturday without any major breakthrough, but also said a new round of negotiations would begin after one month.
