Samsung Health recently expanded its language support of its Mindfulness service in collaboration with Calm2, the number 1 sleep and meditation app. Now more people can easily access a variety of guided programs in different languages, from English to German, French, and Spanish. To make sure you stay relaxed this season, here are some helpful tips for using Samsung Health to manage your stress.
